Links International came home with not one, not two, but THREE trophies at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards last week in Hong Kong,adding to our already pretty serious collection of awards for both recruitment and HR outsourcing in Asia.
As well as being recognised as one of the Best Payroll Outsourcing Partners in Hong Kong, Links also won an award for Best Contract Staffing Solutions Agency, which Aily Foo, our consultant leading our temporary and contract recruitment team here in Hong Kong, was very pleased to collect. Our temporary and contract recruitment desk is one of our best performing recruitment teams in Asia, which has seen a 0% turnover rate for internal staff and a 12% year-on-year revenue increase. We recruit for temporary and contract positions across a broad range of industries from banking and finance, to retail and commercial clients.
The third award we took home was for Best Recruitment Website – Candidate Experience, based on Links Career Tree, a one-of-a-kind tool which job seekers can use to view what salary and work-life balance they can expect at different stages of their career. The Links-branded tree grows as the candidate’s career progresses and the salary, annual leave and opportunities for mobility in Asia are updated depending on level of experience and job title. The candidate can then click to view available jobs within that industry and apply online from any device.
