The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is just around the corner, officially taking effect on the 25th May, 2018. As you may know by now, the GDPR is a data privacy regulation aimed at protecting the personal data and privacy of individuals residing in the EU.

In the event that we receive a GDPR request an employee that we believe will impact our ability to provide services to a client under our contract (eg. monthly payroll), we will raise the GDPR request with the client as soon as possible.
