Employees in Vietnam are entitled to paid annual leave based on their length of service:

| Prenatal check-ups | 5 prenatal check-ups, one day for each check-up |
| Miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth or pathological abortion |

| Female employees | 6-month leave, additional leave of 1 month for each infant from the second. |

In addition to annual leave, employees are entitled to paid leave on public holidays. This includes:
