Do you have a family member with a valid visa application in Hong Kong? Are you interested in living and studying in Hong Kong with your family?
The Hong Kong Dependant Visa or spouse visa is a relocation visa for immediate family members (spouse and unmarried children below 18 years of age) of expatriates and foreign nationals either holding a permanent residence or holding a Hong Kong visa for training, employment, or study in Hong Kong. The dependant visa is adjoined with the sponsor’s permitted length of stay in Hong Kong. In the case where the sponsor is a Hong Kong permanent resident, the eligibility extends to his/her parent aged 60 or above.
