An EP Application Form 8, duly endorsed by the employing Singapore company
A copy of your updated resume and relevant education academic certificates
Reference letters and recommendations from previous employers
A passport-size photograph, taken within the past three months
A copy of your passport
A copy of the business profile of the employing Singapore company or firm
A detailed description of the job responsibilities and requirements
A detailed description of business ventures, the activities and products
All documents must be made in English or translated into such

If you have already been granted a Singapore Employment Visa and have been working in Singapore and wish to renew your Singapore work permit, the process is simple and convenient.
An Employment Pass renewal form will be sent to your employer’s registered business or office address three months before your EP expires. Please note that the EP renewal application should be completed at least four weeks before your EP expires. Once your renewal application is approved, your employer will receive an approval letter stating that you will need to visit the MOM office in Singapore to collect your new renewed EP for immediate use.
