The minimum wage rates in the National Capital Region (NCR) are as follows as of 17 July 2024:
These rates cover the cities of Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon, San Juan, Taguig, and Valenzuela, Navotas and Pateros.
The daily working hours of an employee must not exceed 8 hours per day, as stated in Article 83, Chapter I, Title I, Book Three of the Labor Code of the Philippines. Overtime compensation is applicable as follows:
Supervisors and managers are exempt from this overtime payment system.
