Ben Elms is a seasoned business leader and recruitment executive with over a decade of experience building high-performing teams and delivering strategic workforce solutions across Asia Pacific.
As Regional General Manager at Links International, he leads client delivery and recruitment strategy across the region, helping organisations navigate talent acquisition, HR outsourcing, RPO, outplacement, and broader people advisory services.
Prior to Links International, Ben held senior leadership roles at Randstad, including Managing Director and General Manager for Hong Kong, where he drove business strategy, P&L management, and organisational growth.
He combines deep recruitment expertise with a strong commercial mindset, underpinned by executive education from INSEAD, London Business School, and Singapore Management University.
