Key Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Source, hire, train, mentor, manage and motivate new recruiters or Associates
  • Deliver outstanding revenue levels
  • Successfully bring in exclusive job orders within your teams’ business focus
  • Lead, execute and add value in the end to end execution of job orders
  • Efficient turnaround of job orders and provision of quality candidates that meet clients’ specifications
  • Responsible for on-going development and enhancement of candidate database
  • Negotiate Terms of Business and provide creative solutions for clients
  • Cross sell recruitment and HR Outsourcing through-out the market place
  • Maintain yourself as an industry expert current
  • Act as role model within the business

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Achieved noticeable successes in either work and/or personal life
  • 3+ years’ international recruitment experience in your specialized function / industry
  • 6+ years’ experience in a recruitment, sales or other commercial experience
  • Proven track record of strong leadership
  • International educated to University Degree Level
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen in developing and modifying learning solutions to meet dynamic business environment
  • Strong drive to lead and innovate
  • Organized, focused and able to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written English.  Mandarin and Cantonese a plus.
