As part of Links International’s 2016 HR Tech in Asia Survey, we asked Asia’s HR leaders what HR tech and practices they used and which ones made their lives easier. The key findings included:
- Singapore HR leaders leading the way in adoption of new HR tech and practices – Singapore HR leaders were 28% more likely to rate new tech and practices as effective than HK leaders.
- What tech and HR practices are trending? – How HR leaders are using Digital Interviews, HR Outsourcing and HR Portals to help them focus on activities that make a difference to their businesses.
- Why it’s hard to find good people? – only 34% of HR leaders had a mobile friendly recruitment process despite almost 50% of job search traffic being via mobile devices.
- Weak HR analytics and ability to make decisions based on HR data – only 32% of HR leaders used any predictive HR or workforce analytics.
On Wednesday 15th June, Scott Thomson will present the findings from our HR Tech in Asia Survey at an interactive seminar with The British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. He will discuss what’s trending in HR tech and practices, and give insight into how HR leaders are using these HR tech and practices to elevate the role of their HR function to have more influence at the C-suite level.
