Phoebe is Links’ Associate Director and is responsible for managing the HRO team in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia, and Thailand. She has over 18 years of experience in the HR Outsourcing industry, specialising in payroll, accounting, work passes, and HR consulting.
Louise has over 10 years of experience in payroll services across the APAC region and is currently responsible for managing the Links’ payroll outsourcing team in Singapore.
