Herman Tse, Head of Business and Professional Services, Invest Hong Kong

Mr Tse was appointed as the Head of Business and Professional Services at Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) in December 2019. InvestHK is the government department responsible for investment promotion, i.e. helping overseas and Mainland companies to establish or expand their business presence in Hong Kong. Mr Tse has over 25 years of work experience in the banking industry. Before joining InvestHK, he had worked at UBS, BNP Paribas and HSBC. Mr Tse graduated from University of New South Wales, Australia, with a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and York University, Canada, with master degree in Business Administration. Mr. Tse was a member of the Advisory Committee on Promotion of Arbitration under Department of Justice.

Working with various Fortune 500 firms, he has a long history in placing executive level roles and is experienced in delivering outplacement projects across the region.

Bella is responsible for managing our HR Outsourcing team and operations in North Asia including Client Servicing and Management. Bella has over 20 years experience in payroll best practice and providing compensation and benefits advice in North China.
